IRON MAN MOVIE - THE MAN-TANK HAS ARRIVED!

In Iron Man movie news, a shot has been posted of one of the armours that Tony Stark will be wearing in the film:

This looks like the original Iron Man armour, and pretty awesome to boot. For the sake of comparison:

Ah, sweet accuracy - how I have missed thee.

Yes indeed, but I'm positive this won't be the armour he'll wear for the whole movie. I expect it'll show up as the first makeshift suit that Tony creates to save his life, and after a short time will get upgraded to the more modern look.

Woo they actually LOOKED at the original artwork and RESPECTED it? Cool!!!

Any thoughts on DC's 52?

Or are you strictly a Merry marcher?

I am *mostly* a merry marcher, but lately I've been branching a bit more into DC stuff. 52 I've been enjoying on and off - some of the stories running in it are great, and others have bored me senseless. On the whole though, it's been an enjoyable all-in-one intro to the DC universe.

The creators sure did their homework.

I just hope they give the license justice. I still have doubts over the fact that Robert Downey Jr is casted in the lead role. I don't have a clue of who will be the ideal Tony Stark, still, anybody but Robert Downey Jr!
